Real Life 360 is a Houston-based nonprofit program focused on empowering high-school students through paid work, education, and service. We believe young people learn best by doing — earning income, managing responsibility, and seeing the results of their effort in real time.
Our students operate neighborhood landscaping businesses that provide free yard care for seniors and residents with disabilities, while learning entrepreneurship, teamwork, financial literacy, and leadership. Alongside hands-on work, teens receive academic support in math, science, reading, and business fundamentals.
Real Life 360 is a subsidiary of DVI Opportunities Unlimited, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding opportunity and access for underserved communities.
Our program reinforces classroom learning through applied math, science, reading, and financial literacy helping students connect education to real-life success.
Students provide free lawn care and property clean-ups for seniors, people with disabilities, and community members in need restoring dignity and neighborhood pride
Teens gain exposure to business leaders, mentors, and scholarship opportunities that expand their vision for college, careers, and entrepreneurship
We pay teens to work while teaching them how to run a real business. Students learn customer service, marketing, teamwork, and financial responsibility through hands-on experience.
Looking to earn money, learn business skills, and make a difference? Real Life 360 offers teens paid work, mentorship, and real opportunity.
